Personalized tutoring is offered outside of the LWOL Academy school day for families looking for additional support for the child.

*Tailored learning plans based on the student's needs and strengths

* Diagnostic assessment used to guide instruction

* Focus areas include reading, math and writing designed to close academic gaps for at-risk youth intensive intervention.

*STEM Labs: Robotics, engineering and coding

* Life Skills: Cooking, budgeting, conflict resolution

* Arts: Music, theater, visual arts and dance

* Sports clinic and Youth Entrepreneurship days

* Career exposure for underrepresented youth through community partnerships

*Summer Refreshment camp

*Monthly Field Trips

*Cultural Celebration (e.g., Black History Month, Hispanic Heritage Month).

*Family Engagement Nights: Building trust and wraparound support
